1. Respect for creators

NOHA AI hosts content its users create. We do not permit publishing of copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use, and we do not permit impersonation of reciters, poets or any person.

2. How to report

  • Use the report control on any published creation in Explore.
  • Choose a reason: copyright infringement, impersonation, abuse, or religious-content concern.
  • Include what you can: the work involved, your relationship to it, and contact details.

3. What happens next

Reports go to our moderation queue. Content that clearly violates this policy is unpublished while under review. The uploader is notified and may appeal. We may request further information to decide serious copyright claims, and we remove content when a claim is substantiated.

4. Appeals

If your creation was unpublished and you believe the report was mistaken, contact us with the reference from your notification. An appeal is reviewed by a person, not an automated system, and we restore content when the report is not substantiated.

5. AI outputs and rights

We do not promise universal copyright-free or commercial rights for AI-generated outputs. Rights depend on the underlying provider's terms and applicable law. When in doubt, keep your creations private.
