1. Who we are

NOHA AI is a product of BRIQONA , A Division of YAB IT HOUSE SMC PVT LTD (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address, display name, password (stored only as a secure hash).
Content you create: lyrics, prompts, generated audio, studio projects, beat patterns.
Usage data: generation history, credit transactions, and basic technical logs needed to run the service and prevent abuse.

3. Your audio is yours

Audio you generate from your own lyrics is stored privately in our storage and is visible only to you (unless you share it). We do not sell your content or use your private recordings to train public models. Files you delete are removed from storage.

4. AI providers

Generation requests are sent to our AI provider to compose your audio. We send the prompt, style parameters and lyrics needed for that generation , nothing else. Provider and model configuration are listed on the admin dashboard.

5. Voice cloning consent

We support user-owned voice uploads only with documented, explicit consent from the voice owner. Consent records are kept with a verification status. Identifiable public reciters are never imitated without written authorization. You can revoke consent and delete the voice at any time.

6. Data retention

Projects, generations and credit history are retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and content. Minimal billing and audit records are kept as required by law.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted. Private audio is served through short-lived signed links after an ownership check. Payments are handled by our payment provider , we never store card numbers. Administrative actions are audit-logged.
