1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. NOHA AI is operated by BRIQONA , A Division of YAB IT HOUSE SMC PVT LTD.

2. Acceptable use

Create devotional content only. Content that disrespects the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them), promotes hatred, or violates our moderation standards will be removed and may end your account.
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, credit accounting, or access other users' audio.
Do not upload a voice recording without the voice owner's explicit, documented consent.

3. Your content and license

You keep ownership of lyrics you write and recordings you upload. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service (generate, store, play, export). Generated audio from your own generations is yours to use in recitations and events, subject to the rights of any underlying voice owner's consent you provided.

4. Plans, credits and billing

The free plan is capped at 10-second generations; limits are enforced server-side. Credits are consumed per generation and refunded automatically on failure. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; see the refund policy.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated audio may contain imperfections in pronunciation or style. It is provided “as is”; evaluate outputs before public use, especially for religious occasions.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation requires an internet connection; offline mode covers previously viewed public pages only.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse credits; suspension and reinstatements are audit-logged.
